Change of Mind Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind about the purchase, you may request a return within 7 days from the date you received the order at your address.

Send an email to nutriflowerbr@gmail.com, providing your full name and order number. You will receive your refund within up to 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when placing your order in our online store. There are no additional costs to receive the refund.


Defective Product Returns

In the case of items with a manufacturing defect, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date you received the order at your address.

Send an email to nutriflowerbr@gmail.com, providing your full name, order number, and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos). We will review your case within up to 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when placing your order in our online store. There are no additional costs to receive the refund.


How to Return Products

In accordance with Consumer Rights, the shipping costs for returning products due to a change of mind or manufacturing defect will be covered by our store through the reverse logistics process.

You will receive a shipping authorization code by email after your return request and must send the merchandise to a post office. We do not cover packaging costs, so we suggest you use the same packaging in which you received your purchase (if undamaged) or an appropriate box that protects the items during transport.
